Project Summary
Gateway Residences is a new multi-use development located at Park Royal in West Vancouver. Park Royal was the first covered shopping centre in Canada, with the north mall opening in 1950, and the south mall opening in 1962. Fuhrious Construction is performing all landscape and architectural concrete for this project.
